Britt Wilson

ADHD Coach

Britt is an ADHD Coach with seven years of experience who specializes in helping adults embrace their neurodivergent strengths while building practical systems that actually work for the ADHD brain. After beginning her career as an ontological life coach, she adapted traditional coaching methods to better fit the needs of ADHDers, including herself, and now focuses exclusively on supporting the ADHD community. Drawing from both her professional training and lived experience with ADHD, Britt combines validation, accountability, and strengths-based coaching to help clients thrive.

ADHD Coach

Andrew Brawner, an experienced ADHD coach, has dedicated years to assisting adolescents and adults in developing their own techniques for overcoming everyday challenges. He holds certifications as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Health Education Specialist. He believes that flexibility, creativity, and autonomy are vital for a healthy and effective ADHD brain. Embracing the unique perspective of outside-the-box thinking, Andrew sees rigidity and judgment as unnecessary barriers to success.

As a master NLP practitioner, Holistic Health & Life Coach, RN, REBT & CBT practitioner, she uses those skills to help ADHDers get out of their way so they crush their goals. CJ Pringle is a certified ADHD life coach and former supply chain professional with 20+ years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced, corporate environment. She has experienced the highs and lows of having ADHD and parents a teenager with ADHD. She received her certification through the iACT Center. She is passionate about using her experience and training to help others successfully bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. In addition to coaching for Agave, she runs her own private coaching practice, Ways 2 Work Coaching.

LCSW

Julie brings over 20 years of experience across clinical, crisis, and military settings to her work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She offers trauma-informed, person-centered therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and neurodivergence, and as a veteran herself, she's passionate about affirming care for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, first responders, and fellow veterans. Trained in EMDR and ASIST, she creates a safe, collaborative space where every person feels seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

Feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or misunderstood? Christine gets it: she has ADHD herself, and offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you work together as teammates (yes, she loves sports). With 20 years of experience, she's right beside you with encouragement, strategies, insight, and perspective, tailoring each plan to fit you. Clients call her caring and compassionate, with a good sense of humor and a willingness to "tell it like it is" when it counts.

Tracy believes everyone has room to grow, and she's passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges with a warm, inclusive approach. For her, hope starts with a solid plan built around each person's journey, plus a supportive ally to help them do the hard work of change. Based in Daytona Beach, FL, she's a proud mom of five and dog-parent to two spoiled Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Tracy specializes in ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, and infertility.

Michael Lax

PsyD

Dr. Lax works from a simple idea: long-standing difficulties don't necessarily require long-term therapy. He focuses on durable change, efficiently, and clients experience him as a patient, empathic listener who understands challenges from their point of view. He specializes in helping adolescents and adults with ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, anxiety, and work–life balance, grounded in seven years as a high school psychologist. Using CBT and ACT, he helps clients build psychological flexibility and see challenges not as barriers but as opportunities for lasting success.

Laura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12+ years of experience, and she knows how intimidating it can be to get started, so she makes that first step easier. Her approach centers on the therapist-client relationship, strengths, goals, and accountability, all to help clients reach their goals and build the tools to improve their lives, so they eventually won't need her anymore. A few fun facts: Laura loves coffee, tattoos, traveling, nature, and sports.

Nirit Zandman

ADHD & Executive Function Coach

Nirit Zandman has over 25 years of experience educating, evaluating, consulting, coaching, and advocating for children and adults with a wide range of abilities. She holds a Master’s degree and a teaching certificate in Special Education from Tel Aviv University, and  is certified in Educational Therapy and in ADHD Coaching. She started her career as a special education teacher and an inclusion mentor, after which she spent eight years working as an Educational Therapist, and Program Coordinator of the Center for Special Needs at Jewish Family and Children’s Services in Palo Alto, California. Since 2016 she has been providing educational therapy, coaching, and consulting through her private practice. In addition to serving individuals and families, she has been working with various organizations as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant with a focus on neurodiversity.

Navya Singh, PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Navya Singh, PsyD is a psychologist and startup founder. Following the successful exit of her mental health tech startup, wayForward - an enterprise SaaS solution serving employers and health plans -, she is advising Agave Health on its clinical product. After wayForward's acquisition by Dario Health (DRIO) she served as their Chief Behavioral Science Officer. Dr. Singh currently holds an adjunct faculty position at 

Columbia University (Division of Molecular Imaging and Neuropathology, Department of Psychiatry). She is driven by her mission of bringing healthcare parity globally.

David Sitt, PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. David Sitt is a man of many hats, with a passion for lighting the path toward optimal living. As a tenured professor at Baruch College (CUNY), he exposes undergraduate students to psychology, cutting-edge research, and mysteries of the brain. At the graduate level, he trains the next generation of therapists in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). As a clinician, he specializes in treating adults with ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders through validated modalities and innovative techniques. As a consultant and executive coach, Dr. Sitt advises thought leaders, corporations, and educational institutions, and has been featured on Vice Media, the Howard Stern Show, and the New York Times.

Maggie Sweitzer, PhD

Assistant Professor in Psychiatry & Behavioral Studies, Duke University

Dr. Maggie Sweitzer is a clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University School of Medicine. She completed her graduate training at the University of Pittsburgh in 2013 before relocating to North Carolina. She is actively involved in clinical research, with over 40 peer-reviewed publications, and she has been continuously funded by the NIH since 2016. Her clinical effort is focused on providing diagnostic evaluations and behavioral treatment for adults with ADHD. She is also passionate about developing strategies to increase access to mental health care for adults with ADHD.
